We are proud to introduce our new online help desk system for out M3 maintenance customers.

Our M3 maintenance customers can now enjoy the added benefit of being able to log and monitor all the support and help desk requests on line. Our new system provides additional support services to customers who enjoy quick, fast response to their computer problems. Customers can log support requests on line knowing a Professional IT technician will have a written support request that he/she has to attend to. The customer can monitor their support request and if tasks are not responded to in the required time can escalate the issues. The great thing about a help desk system is that all parties can track and trace support activity. It allows the business operator to monitor computer issues and see what areas can be improved. It also allows customers to trouble shoot their own issues quickly by revisting request raised is the past. All up its another tool the customer has to solve their computer problems quickly and with minimum confusion and misunderstandings.
