Q. Does Professional I.T. offer any kind of guarantee to its clients for any of the work you do or where you replace components in their systems?

Answer: We give a guarantee on all work performed by Professional I.T. and any components that are replaced are guaranteed by their respective manufacturers. We will, on the customer’s behalf, ensure that any defective product is replaced and make the necessary arrangements with the manufacturer/supplier for this to be done within the warranty period of the component. Our M3 customers get a full money-back guarantee…if they are not happy with our service for any genuine reason, we will refund their money.
